My prices are based on the time taken from the design to the packaging. I also have to take into account the cost of materials and intricacy of the design.

Yes! I love making them. I usually take 1 order at a time and will post on my social media when a spot is coming up. You can then reach out to me via instagram or through my website. Commission pieces usually require a design and complete time frame of 2 weeks.

I will always use Royal Mail and you will receive a receipt with a tracking number to keep an eye on your delivery!

As a customer you have every right to return or exchange your product within 30 days within the delivery date. However each piece is unique and one of a kind so I cannot guarantee the hoop you would like instead will be available. Please note, all returns must payed for by the purchaser so I encourage you to ensure you are happy with the item before purchase. If the product is faulty please get in touch and we will see what can be done. With commission pieces are no returns or exchange available. 

Try to avoid placing it on a wall that gets a lot of direct sunlight. That’s it really!

For postage within the UK I use Royal Mail 1st class which is £3.45. This can fit up to two 6 inch hoops or one of my embroidery kits. If you are purchasing more than two pieces in one order the postage will increase. The guidelines on Royal Mail website on delivery time is the next working day including Saturdays.

I also use Royal Mail for international postage (signed for) that totals £9.80 per order. This can fit up to two 6 inch hoops or one of my embroidery kits. The guidelines on Royal Mail website on delivery time is as follows:

• Europe: 3-5 working days
• Worldwide: 5-7 working days

There are some countries that charge an additional customs tax if you buy items from overseas. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure they are aware of any additional costs they may incur. Goods may be held at the border until payment has been made.
